RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

  • YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT IF:
  • IT IS UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
  • IT INCLUDES ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, COMPONENTS, AND ACCESSORIES
  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
  • CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
  • CLEARANCE OR FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
  • GIFT CARDS

HOW TO START A RETURN

  • EMAIL HELLO@SANTIHOME.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, REASON FOR RETURN, AND CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING.
  • OUR TEAM WILL CONFIRM YOUR RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS.
  • PACK THE ITEM SECURELY TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT.
  • WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED RETURNS.

EXCHANGES

  • EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY.
  • IF THE DESIRED REPLACEMENT IS UNAVAILABLE, WE CAN ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND (AS PER YOUR PREFERENCE).

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

  • IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:

    • CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AT HELLO@SANTIHOME.COM
    • PROVIDE CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING.
    • WE WILL ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU.

REFUNDS

  • REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS OF US RECEIVING AND INSPECTING THE RETURNED ITEM.
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT WAS FAULTY OR INCORRECT.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
  • ONCE PROCESSING BEGINS, CANCELLATIONS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE — IN WHICH CASE, OUR RETURNS PROCESS WILL APPLY.
