RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
- YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT IF:
- IT IS UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
- IT INCLUDES ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, COMPONENTS, AND ACCESSORIES
- WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
- CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
- CLEARANCE OR FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
- GIFT CARDS
HOW TO START A RETURN
- EMAIL HELLO@SANTIHOME.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, REASON FOR RETURN, AND CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING.
- OUR TEAM WILL CONFIRM YOUR RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS.
- PACK THE ITEM SECURELY TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT.
- WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED RETURNS.
EXCHANGES
- EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY.
- IF THE DESIRED REPLACEMENT IS UNAVAILABLE, WE CAN ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND (AS PER YOUR PREFERENCE).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
- CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AT HELLO@SANTIHOME.COM
- PROVIDE CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING.
- WE WILL ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU.
REFUNDS
- REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS OF US RECEIVING AND INSPECTING THE RETURNED ITEM.
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT WAS FAULTY OR INCORRECT.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
- ONCE PROCESSING BEGINS, CANCELLATIONS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE — IN WHICH CASE, OUR RETURNS PROCESS WILL APPLY.
